For centuries humans have been practicing and refining fermentation, the art of transforming ingredients into long lasting delicacies. In this course you'll be able to uncover all it's secrets to create pickled vegetables, herbal sodas, kimchi, vinegar, sourdough starter, bread, yogur, cheese, and a variety of alcohol like hooch, fruit wine and beer. Take home time tested recipes to start your business, improve your digestive functions, to enjoy yourself or share with your family.

All this while staying in a permaculture farm in the beautiful community of Mastatal in the jungle of Costa Rica, during your time here you'll be able to interact directly with nature, swim in the lake, and try the delicious fermented food created in the farm. Live in a one of a kind place in equilibrium with nature.
